Victoria Place Recladding

The 10-storey Victoria Place block in south Belfast was given the lowest fire safety rating. And had been damaged by a large bonfire in the past. As part of a city wide initiative in Belfast to improve the safety of its high rise apartments – Sperrin Facades supplied and fitted 300sqm of Albond aluminium panels. Bringing the fire safety rating of the building up to acceptable standards.
